Estimated annual base pay: $87,800 (minimum) - $109,700(midpoint) - $131,600(maximum)

All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity

This position is a Functional Project Manager in Sourcing, Operations, Sales or Quality. The Functional Project Manager is accountable for the planning, directing, and execution of local and/or global projects. The Functional Project Manager is responsible to direct the project team to achieve project deliverables including contractual and business objectives while ensuring satisfaction and QDRC. 

What you will be doing…

Coordinate/lead multiple projects of med-high complexity

Present and represent project status to customer and managers

Participate in enterprise trade-offs between projects

Provide mentoring and consultation to lower- level project managers

Participate in strategic planning/profit planning processes

Accountable for scope change management

Evaluate and implement continuous improvement

Lead and present project updates for management reviews

Drive risk management process and schedule performance

Plan, review, and improve project cost and resource management

Support/advise in coordination of all OPS activities

Six Sigma/Lean Projects

Prepare plans/information to assist in decision making process 

What we are looking for…

US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferably in Engineering

2-5 years’ experience in specific functional area (Quality, Sourcing, Manufacturing)

2-5 years Project Management

Strong knowledge in applicable manufacturing environment (e.g. assembly/test, mechanical manufacturing or electronics and cabinet manufacturing)

Knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing

Strong knowledge and demonstrated execution of manufacturing transition processes
