Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Production Revenue Accountant in Calabasas, California. This role is essential in the management of our financial operations and requires an individual with skills in managing vendor relationships and handling purchase orders. Responsibilities: • Effectively manage and raise timely Purchase Orders for production spend • Ensure financial recognition by Goods Receipt Purchase Orders • Timely reconciliation of outstanding purchase transactions • Use spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities, focusing on production and operations spend • Maintain efficient purchasing support by collaborating with Operations, Finance, Procurement personnel • Facilitate effective sourcing methods and track vendor KPIs to ensure compliance • Prioritize product and service quality in all vendor negotiations • Ensure timely submission of documents for new vendor setup • Strengthen vendor relationships to achieve mutually beneficial results • Handle special projects and tasks as assigned. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Production Revenue Accountant or in a similar role • Proficient in managing vendor relationships • Ability to handle purchase orders effectively • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
