Carrier Commercial HVAC Operations focuses on the manufacturing of Air- and Water-Cooled Chillers at our facility in Charlotte NC.
**About this role**
**Commercial HVAC Operations** is searching for a **Production Scheduler (Air-cooled Chillers)** at our fast-paced manufacturing facility in **Charlotte** .
This is an on-site role with working hours from 6:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Overtime might be required from time to time.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer orders, manage resources efficiently, and align with production goals
+ Coordinate with production teams to understand capacity, constraints, and prioritize tasks based on demand and availability
+ Monitor and adjust schedules based on changes in demand, production delays, material availability, and other variables
+ Track inventory levels, coordinate with procurement, and adjust schedules to prevent shortages or surpluses
+ Communicate with relevant departments regarding schedule changes, production updates, and priorities
+ Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
+ Implement scheduling best practices and contribute to process improvements to enhance production efficiency
+ Tracking appropriate metrics to drive results and continuous improvement
**Basic Qualifications**
+ High School or GED
+ 2+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or analysis in a manufacturing environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or engineering
+ Working knowledge of scheduling software (LeanDNA) and ERP/MRP (SAP) systems
+ Organizational, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ English communication skills
+ Work collaboratively across teams
+ Handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
+ Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
+ Analytical (data analysis) skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar software.
