Job Description

We are currently seeking a Manning Coordinator for our manufacturing / bottling facility to manage crewing and staffing for multiple departments.

Compensation: $24.40 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
8:00 am – 4:30 pm 
Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Skills Required: 

Maintain and update the manning schedule Assign/Maintain overtime postings(s) and records Maintain employees’ scheduled vacation and time off hours Production line KPI management and documentation Create reports, presentations, and data entry (SAP reporting, BOM) Purchase Order processing for Operation Supplies Schedule training when necessary and develop/maintain the training matrix Assist Leadership in preparing action plan meetings Maintain people time off service records Front Desk support to include visitor sign in, telephone, gate, and badge access Support Confirmations Coordinator Manage attendance for all departments Maintain a HIGH level of confidentiality Any other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience 2 years’ experience with staffing / scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment SAP experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites Self-starter with high standards for excellence Ability to work independently and seek guidance when necessary
