Requisition ID: 75024 Job Responsibilities + Production Monitoring: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that production schedules are followed and that established targets are met. + Coordination: Collaborate with machine operators, quality control personnel, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. + Data Management: Record production data, including quantities produced, downtime, and quality issues. Prepare reports for management summarizing production performance. + Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues that may affect production output or quality. Initiate corrective measures to prevent recurrence. + Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards and protocols. Conduct regular inspections and monitor key performance indicators. + Inventory Control: Monitor raw materials and finished goods inventory levels. Assist in inventory audits and ensure materials are available as required for production. + Continuous Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. + Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Report any unsafe conditions or practices to management. + Training and Support: Provide training and support to new employees and assist in skill development of team members as needed. Job Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in manufacturing, production technology, or related field preferred. + Previous experience in production control, manufacturing, or a relevant technical field is desired. + Strong organizational and planning skills. + Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Advanced Microsoft Excel. + Experience with advance planning systems. + PowerBI + Final phase system/ Fabtime Skyworks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
