Manufactures data servers for a well known large distribution company-STABLE long term business.
Clean facility that is mostly temperature controlled.
This is a METAL FREE facility. No metal allowed on the production floor and will need to go through metal detectors.
Required to wear Composite Shoes on Day 1.
Production Specialist-1 that can have several roles throughout facility broken down below.
Must be open to moving in multiple positions from warehouse, to assembly, to testing.
Shifts: 12 hour shifts. 3 days on, 4 days off, and then it rotates. Overnight or Day.
Production Specialist-Materials
Responsibilities:
There will be no forklift at this facility-so if anyone wants to operate forklift that would be a disqualifier. Receiving area is small and temperature varies if dock doors are open or closed. They will receive product, take them out of boxes, plastic wrapping, Styrofoam and put into corrugator to break down boxes. Will be responsible for labeling product and placing in proper bins for the “supermarket” Will utilize scanner and computers, specifically Excel, just needs to be comfortable with computer and manager will train on everything else. Must be comfortable moving into different roles throughout the facility when needed. Can be moved to production floor if needed and will be cross trained.
Production Specialist-Mechanical Assembly
Responsibilities:
These candidates will be responsible for working in 9 specific stations down an assembly line. Will have their own work table and will utilize an electric screw driver (which weighs about 5lbs- so please lock down can be heaving when done repeatedly) Each station should take 90 seconds to do their part of the assembly line process. Each station will have pictures and work instructions so they know exactly what to assemble. Repetitive work, but must be comfortable rotating stations and learning different parts of the process-this will ensure that they qualify for their pay bump
Production Specialist-Rack Assembly
Responsibilities:
Assembling the racks utilizing an electrical screwdriver where the servers will be placed. Each server weighs about 40lbs, but they have a tool that lifts and places server in place for them, so not a lot of heavy lifting. They will also be responsible for labeling cables and placing cables per work instructions into the server. They will be trained on all of this, so no previous experience is required. Must be comfortable utilizing tools and it can get pretty loud to assemble racks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
