Job Description
Manufacture data servers for a well-known large distribution company in a stable, long-term business. This role is in a clean facility that is mostly temperature controlled and completely metal-free. No metal is allowed on the production floor, and employees will need to go through metal detectors. Composite shoes are required starting from Day 1. The Production Specialist-1 will perform various roles throughout the facility, including warehouse tasks, assembly, and testing. Candidates must be open to rotating through multiple positions. Shifts available include 1st and 2nd.
ResponsibilitiesReceive products, remove them from boxes and plastic wrapping, and break down the boxes using a corrugator.Label products and place them in proper bins for the 'supermarket'.Utilize scanners and computers, specifically Excel, and be comfortable with computer operations. Training will be provided.Move into different roles throughout the facility as needed and be cross-trained.Work in 9 specific stations down an assembly line, utilizing an electric screwdriver. Each station task should take 90 seconds.Follow pictures and work instructions at each station and rotate stations to learn different parts of the assembly process.Assemble racks for servers using an electric screwdriver. Servers weigh about 40lbs, but lifting tools are provided.Label and place cables into the server as per work instructions. The work can be loud, especially in the rack assembly area, and involves using various tools. The receiving area can have varying temperatures depending on whether the dock doors are open or closed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
