This role is responsible for operating, filling and packaging of hydrogen peroxide including data entry, cycle counts, researching, correcting inventory errors and assisting with problem pick tickets and warehouse location accuracies.

Reviews filling and packaging instructions at beginning of line runs. Ensures that the correct packaging materials are available. Ensures that the correct Personal Protective Equipment is available and other safety procedures are understood and followedPerforms titration monthly of Hydrogen PeroxideEnsures that the line is set up correctly per the filling and packaging instructionsOperates filling and packaging equipment continually. Types of equipment could include filler, sleeve labeler, cappers, tape machine, bar coders ink jet printer, hand wrenches, hand stamps, palletizers and lid presses. Adjusts equipment to control weight, closures or other as required by the specificationsTakes samples and keeps area cleanActively participates in Kaizens, 5S and special projects Continuingly identifies opportunities for system and process waste elimination Completes and documents activities that measure quality and productivity in an accurate and timely manner. This could include taking weights and performing basic quality tests. Enters results on paper or in computerCompletes packaging and filling assignment meeting or exceeding the standardsAssists with line changeover, including the collection of wash waterMaintains a clean and safe work environment. Performs data entry to release, moves into location or adjusts inventory through computer softwareAddresses departmental paperwork and conducts physical searches/researches of missing productsManages receiving schedule of inbound shipments for vendorsAssists in researching discrepancies on cycle countsAssists shipping departments with problem pick tickets Determines shipping method for material using knowledge of shipping procedures and ratesReports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposesUses a warehouse management system and prepares accurate bills for outbound freightWorks with establishment representatives to rectify problems such as damages, shortages and nonconformance to specificationsTracks departmental data and generates applicable reports as neededStores shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stockMaintains a clean and safe work environment.Other duties as assignedPosition Details:

The pay range for this position is $23-$25 Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
