The Operator will be responsible for conducting critical inspections and tests on the Probe during the final inspection phase. This includes adhering to defined protocols to verify the quality and functionality of Vapor Probes using specified hardware, software, and testing tools in both Manual and Auto Mode. The Operator must ensure accuracy throughout all processes, from programming and sensor diagnostics to leak inspections, and maintain thorough documentation of each step. Location: Bridgeport, CT Contract to Hire Pay: 19-21/hr. **Key Responsibilities** + Configure the FISO EEPROM Programming Station and ensure the Cartridge Conduit Adapter is clean using One-Click Cleaners. + Set up Vapor Generator and Auto Mode Console as needed. + Regularly troubleshoot and verify the integrity of equipment during operation. + Program EEPROM data onto the Vapor Probe using FISO IQC Software. + Verify sensor coefficients, probe serial numbers, and AEGEA data for accuracy. + Document errors and escalate non-conformities to engineering as required. + Perform FISO Pressure Sensor Accuracy and Handle Leak Inspections: + Manually regulate air to verify system pressures at 48 mmHg and 100 mmHg. + Measure Pressure Decay over a designated test period (e.g., 30 seconds). + Meticulously record results on data collection sheets. + Operate the Vapor Generator to complete the following inspections: + Balloon Leak Inspection + Impedance Testing for Coil Tube TC + Tenaculum Stabilizer Visual and Functional Inspections + Follow precise steps to ensure probe balloons and components meet dimensional and functional standards. + Document all inspection results, including Pass/Fail status, sensor readings, and serial numbers. + Report and document rejected assemblies, detailing failure types. + Ensure compliance with company quality standards and SOPs. + Assist in identifying reworkable failures (e.g., dirty FISO, loose PCB) and document rework steps as needed. **Qualifications** + **Skills Required:** + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures. + Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Google Docs for documentation. + Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate technical issues. + Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. + **Education and Experience:** + High school diploma (required). + Experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection role is preferred.** **_This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
