This position will provide technical support to production by troubleshooting equipment and making appropriate adjustments to achieve maximum uptime. We have 2 shifts available: 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm) 3rd shift (11pm - 7am) **Responsibilities:** + Conduct periodic inspections of product to identify defects that may be related to equipment. + Work with production associates to understand and resolve equipment-related problems + Support continuous improvement by leading KTA teams which will benefit associate development + Take appropriate measures to resolve equipment problems and keep equipment operating appropriately. + Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as appropriate. + Provide training and direction to production associates and team leads on making minor adjustments to equipment to maintain uptime. + Provide input for process, environmental and safety improvements + Provide backup as needed to fill vacancies within department + Follow safe practices to promote a safe work environment + Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles + Adhere to all company policies and procedures + Document activities as required + Other duties or projects as assigned Requirements: + Good understanding of equipment maintenance + Able to prioritize work + Able to handle and manipulate small parts + Detail oriented + Excellent communication skills + Ability to work well with others + Must be reliable in attendance + Must be able to read and understand written instructions/spec sheet **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
