The Green Side Superintendent is a full-time, exempt position reporting directly to the unit manager and is responsible for the safe coordination and oversight of the daily activities in the sawmill and log yard departments, which includes interfacing with the logging group and finishing department at the Lumber facility in Holden, LA. This position is a key member of the Holden leadership team. The successful candidate will be a safety role model with excellent team skills and a proven ability to lead and develop people.
The job includes, but not limited to the following duties:

Compensation:This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $86,742 – $142,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% or 10% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
