In this position... 

The Production Supervisor - Paint position is a supervisory leadership role supported by on-the-job training, development, and opportunity for career progression. Production Supervisors are:

You'll have... 

High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of supervisory and / or manufacturing experience Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends

Bachelor’s Degree  Safety and quality experience  Six Sigma: Black or Green Belt certified Knowledge of constraint management principles  Prior experience managing a unionized workforce

This position is a range of salary grades 6 and 7.

Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams
