**Job Title: Production Supervisor - 1st Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly organized and driven Production Supervisor for our 1st shift. The ideal candidate will oversee 20-25 employees in the Fabrication department, which includes welding, machine operators, and fabrication tasks. This role requires a strong experience in welding and fabrication, high computer literacy, and ERP experience. Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 standards and experience in Lean Manufacturing and 5S are essential. **Responsibilities** + Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the Fabrication department, managing 20-25 employees. + Ensure all welding, machine operations, and fabrication tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. + Maintain high levels of computer literacy to effectively utilize ERP systems. + Implement and uphold ISO 9001-2015 standards within the department. + Promote Lean Manufacturing principles and maintain 5S standards. + Organize and manage time effectively to meet production goals and deadlines. + Drive continuous process improvements and ensure safety protocols are followed. **Essential Skills** + 7 years of experience in welding and fabrication. + 3 years of experience as a production supervisor with a degree. + High level of computer literacy and ERP experience. + Strong understanding of ISO 9001-2015 standards. + Experience with Lean Manufacturing and 5S. + Experience in process improvement and safety management. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Six Sigma certification is a plus. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Why Work Here?** Join a clean and relaxed work environment within a growing and stable company that operates in various industries such as government, military, commercial, marijuana, professional, and collegiate sports.
