**Production Supervisor - Join Our Dynamic Team!** As a Production Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our production shop, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every step. Join us and build a rewarding career with ample opportunities for growth and advancement! **Key Responsibilities** + Lead and supervise daily production operations, ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards. + Enforce PRS and OSHA safety procedures, ensuring full compliance from the team. + Continuously audit and improve safety practices within the shop. + Monitor production goals, adjusting output levels as needed to meet targets. + Create work orders, assigning tasks to team members to ensure smooth workflow. + Provide coaching and corrective guidance to meet quality, safety, velocity, and cost metrics. + Handle performance reviews and maintain employee files for safety certifications. + Suggest improvements in working conditions and equipment use for maximum efficiency. + Actively participate in warehouse activities (e.g., pulling parts, packing, coordinating shipments). + Perform other job-related duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + High School Diploma or Equivalent (required). + Associate’s degree (preferred but can be offset by experience). + 3-5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or machine shop environment. + Strong understanding of shop floor operations, machine shop processes, and quality control. + Experience with OSHA safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment. + Ability to read technical drawings and use precision instruments and gauges. + Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal. + Basic computer skills and understanding of systematic workflows. + Knowledge of HR policies and experience managing a diverse workforce. **Physical and Environmental Requirements** + Regularly requires standing, walking, and light to moderate lifting (up to 30 lbs.). + Frequent motions such as reaching, carrying, and pulling. + Must be able to work in a noisy, industrial environment, with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures and hazardous materials. + Position is safety-sensitive, requiring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Why Join Us?** At our company, we’re committed to providing competitive compensation and benefits.
