A little about the position: Job Summary The Production Supervisor manages the daily production activity of a single shift; supporting a strong employee culture through the reinforcement of Latham’s Core Values. Some of What You Will Do: + Supervise operations to ensure positive labor efficiency and variance through proper usage of personnel. + Follow company safety policies and programs to promote a safety-first culture throughout the facility. + Maintain high level of quality throughout the manufacturing process. + Responsible for production, meeting daily schedule to insure on time delivery while minimizing overtime. + What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications) + Minimum of HS Diploma with experience; Management or Technical college degree preferred. + Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing/Engineering related function. + Good understanding of safety, quality, productivity, inventory, employee relations.
