**Job Title: Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee a team of production workers on the manufacturing line. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding cost, quality, delivery, and safety goals. Additionally, identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies will be critical performance criteria for this position.
**Responsibilities**
+ Supervise a team of production workers on the manufacturing line.

+ Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
+ Plan and forecast workforce requirements.
+ Manage production goals to ensure timely delivery.
**Essential Skills**
+ Supervision experience
+ Production supervision
+ Manufacturing processes
+ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
+ 3-5 years of relevant experience
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies

**Work Environment**
Our company is a leader in the manufacturing of chemicals and test kits for monitoring water quality. We offer nearly 600 different test-kit configurations, including options for wet-chemistry and dry-chemistry methods, along with microprocessor-based instruments. Established in 1930, our medium-sized manufacturing company has around 50 people in production. The 2nd shift hours are from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
