What You'll Be Doing

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient operations.Monitor production processes and implement improvements for quality and efficiency.Train and mentor production staff to maintain high performance standards.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and resolve issues.
