As a Production Supervisor at Terex Utilities, based in Huron, SD, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day manufacturing operations.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent requiredDemonstrate excellent leadership skills; at least 2 years of Production Team Leader experienceEffectively communicate with all team members, both written and verbalOrganizational skillsMust be knowledgeable and demonstrate proficiency with MS Word and ExcelMaintain the integrity of confidential business and product informationTake initiative to recognize areas of opportunity and resolve with appropriate actionIdentify problems, works towards root cause elimination utilizing appropriate problem-solving methodsContinuously search for new and better ways of doing things; challenges the status quo and sets stretch goals; works across boundaries to achieve common goals; strives to continuously improve oneselfPreferred Qualifications
AS or BS degree in Engineering (Manufacturing), Industrial Management, Business, or comparable degrees; or equivalent experience5 years of production leadership experienceFormal Lean Training and supervision experience a plusPhysical Requirements
Ability to stand/sit for a full 10-hour shiftPhysical Requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and/or awkward itemsThe compensation range for this position is $65,000 - $78,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
