What You'll Do The 2ndShift ProductionSupervisor position is located inFort Worth, Texasand reports into theProduction Manager. Thisfacility runs two shifts. This is a non-union facility and is within ourDairy & Culinary group. + Coordinate production activities with various departments (procurement, maintenance, warehouse, quality) to achieve results. + Communicate with management, R&D, and customers to improve production processes. + Lead safety initiatives: daily safety meetings, weekly audits, and GMP compliance. + Manage team performance, training, career development, and execute plant processes. + Support continuous improvement for safety, quality, cost, and customer service goals, and participate in capital and CI projects. What You'll Need To Be Successful And Safe + Proven success in continuous improvement initiatives, accountability programs, and talent assessment and retention. + Expertise in driving process improvements, maintaining regulatory compliance, and managing budgets. + Minimum 3 years of experience in plant manufacturing and supervisory/management roles; Mapics and SAP experience a plus. + Strong track record in tracking and reporting KPIs focused on safety, quality, labor costs, waste, and yield. + Bachelor's degree and food/beverage industry experience preferred, open to relocation within the US for career growth.
