Position Description:
Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements · Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts · Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership · Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams
Skills Required:
· Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook · Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends

· Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult and stressful situations · Two-way communicator who actively listens to hourly team members, leaders, business partners and customers · Highly committed to continuous improvement, while applying innovative solutions with a customer first mindset · Create a culture of safety and apply and implement workplace policies · Administer the CBA (collective bargaining agreement) consistently and effectively · Values different opinions & is open to ideas & perspectives from others
Experience Required:
1+ years of supervisory in a Material Planning and Logistic manufacturing environment
Education Required:
· High School Diploma or GED
