Our client is a global bakery with plants in NJ and NY. Due to growth, seeking Production Supervisor for its plant in NJ. Primary duties include: - Supervisor, train, and mentor employees on production lines on respective shift - Ensure working areas are safe in accordance with SOP's and OSHA . - Work with maintenance, quality and supply chain managers - Provide reports and KPI's to stakeholders Position reports to Production Manager. Ideal candidates for Production Supervisor in NJ will possess the following: - Associates degree.
