Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in high-performance elastomeric products in Philadelphia, PA is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team. You will manage a workgroup to achieve production goals, oversee operational processes, and ensure product quality while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.

**Direct Hire, Permanent Opportunity on 2nd Shift**

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate production schedules and activities, resolve related issues, and ensure machinery and equipment functionality.Lead team meetings, manage staff performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Directs efforts of manufacturing staff, ensuring all work is coordinated, downtime is minimized, and products meet established quality standards. Updates Individual & Department Skills Flex.Monitor production metrics, track budget, and oversee staffing needs and schedules.Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety regulations.Use ERP systems for productivity reviews and assist in root cause corrective actions (RCCA).

Qualifications:

BA or BS degree or equivalent education and experience.Minimum of five years of leadership experience with a focus on production.Proven ability to manage and develop a team of 10-15 employees.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, production planning, and mechanical instrumentation.Proficiency in computer skills and ERP systems. Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt preferred

Compensation and Schedule:

Pay Rate: $80,000 - $90,000Monday - Thursday2:45 PM - 1:15 AM (Four 10-hour days)
