Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to join our client’s team in Pretoria in the Scaffolding industry. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the production processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in all operations.

 

Key Responsibilities: Manage the production team to achieve operational targets and ensure smooth workflow. Monitor daily production activities and implement improvements to enhance productivity. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production operations. Conduct regular training and development sessions for team members.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in scaffolding or related industries is a plus. Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Relevant qualifications in manufacturing or production management would be an advantage.
