And under this roof, we protect what matters most. **Summary** As a Production Supervisor, you will partner with your team members and support functions to drive productivity and continuous improvement while prioritizing safety and quality. This position will work a rotating, 12 hour shift schedule, and report to the Production Superintendent of the asphalt Modbit line. **Essential Duties** + Maximize production efficiencies, achieve targeted raw material usages, and minimize yield losses. Troubleshoot and quickly resolve production method or machinery issues that are impacting run rates, downtime, or quality. + Provide a safe workplace through adherence to company safety policy, housekeeping and defined standards of training. Lead production crew safety meetings. Ensure the production crew is well trained, involved and committed to meeting safety requirements. + Maintain an excellent quality level of product produced at the lowest cost. Work with production operators to identify and reduce controllable quality issues. Ensure quality checks and checks are completed and review results. + Provide leadership and direction to the production crew on a daily basis. Ensure production operators receive appropriate training for their positions. + Provide effective employee feedback to employees and address performance and attendance issues in a timely manner.
