Onin Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Production Supervisor in the Elizabethtown, NC area. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the manufacturing of consumer-packaged goods. Your leadership will ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and operational efficiency, crucial to our continued success.

Lead and support a team of up to 25 employees per shift to optimize plant operations.Coordinate work schedules and production sequences to maximize productivity.Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.Provide training and development opportunities for staff, emphasizing continuous improvement.Collaborate with management on production scheduling and equipment maintenance.Work Experience
The preferred candidate might:
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in food production or related field.Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and familiarity with business software.Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of manufacturing processes.Forklift certification is a plus.Benefits
