**Hiring for Production Supervisors in Nashville, TN!** **Description:** + We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Production Supervisor to lead our team in ensuring efficient and timely assembly of high-quality products + As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily workflow, managing a team of associates, and collaborating with various departments to maintain operational excellence + Lead and guide assembly staff to achieve successful assembly of sleeved records + Organize and monitor daily workflow to ensure timely execution of production tasks + Ensure accurate assembly of products according to job specifications + Maintain precise daily counts and records for assembly, including scanning into IFS after completion + Collaborate closely with the production planning team and production quality coordinator to meet deadlines and ensure product accuracy + Implement effective communication strategies to relay job expectations, monitor progress, and evaluate results + Uphold safety standards by educating personnel on equipment usage and maintaining compliance with established protocols + Manage inventory levels and initiate purchase requests for necessary production materials + Set and maintain clear production and quality goals for the department + Supervise daily activities of product coordinators and lead teams to ensure production and quality standards are met **Pay:** $60,000-$80,000/year (Negotiable) **Shift:** All shifts are available **Qualifications:** + HS - Diploma or Equivalent + 3 - 5 years of production supervision experience in a manufacturing environment or combination of education and experience + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Working knowledge of extrusion manufacturing + Experience with conflict resolution management **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
