**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** This position is a production supervisor role in a corrugated manufacturing company. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for a designated area, driving KPIs to ensure the department operates at peak effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be proactive, spending time on the floor and leading by example. Responsibilities include overseeing approximately 20 team members, ensuring they meet their goals, and occasionally operating a forklift or performing other floor duties to maintain peak efficiency. **Hard Skills** + Production Supervision + Leadership **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in New Carlisle, Indiana. **Work Environment** Corrugated box manufacturing company.
