As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating the IM2 Treatment Facility/Collection Systems and Optical Environmental Systems/Utilities (boilers, cooling towers, plant air, wastewater and refrigeration units) in a safe, environmentally responsible, efficient and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities 

You will manage all necessary inventories of operating supplies to keep the areas operating and running safelyCollect and document operating data in both electronic and hard copy format You are responsible for minimizing waste generation at the facilityAssure that the plant equipment is kept in good repair and schedules corrective and preventative maintenance as necessaryResponsible for the engineering, design and implementation of process changes to improve safety and system operationYou will work in an office environment within a chemical manufacturing facility with frequent plant exposure

Qualifications 

High school degree required; bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering preferred5 years of experience in chemical operations/manufacturingExperience in plant utilities (steam, plant air, wastewater treatment, cooling water and refrigeration)
