Job DescriptionThe shift Supervisor will report to the production manager and is responsible for directly managing and leading the shift to meet the expectations of ITW and its customers. This leadership position will also be responsible for supporting employees to achieve department metrics for safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and sustainability. The shift supervisor will serve as the primary communication contact between the leadership team and production employees.
Primary Key Responsibilities
