**Production Supervisor**
**Overview:**
Adecco is assisting a client in Wilmington, NC to find a dedicated Production Supervisor. In this role, you will be a key player in overseeing the operation of our production lines, ensuring product integrity and maintaining the highest quality standards.
**Reports To:** Production Manager or General Manager
**Education:** High school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant work experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Supervise and oversee the operation of one or more production lines.
+ Monitor production line activities during start-up and assign personnel to specific workstations.
+ Train new employees on safety procedures and job responsibilities.
+ Foster positive relationships with production staff to enhance team morale and collaboration.
+ Conduct spot checks on loads to verify proper loading practices.
+ Perform minor machine adjustments and maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
+ Ensure adherence to housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and safe production environment.
+ Complete production and inventory reports, as well as receiving reports for incoming supplies and materials.
+ Implement corrective actions on the production line when necessary and conduct risk analyses on processes.
+ Ensure proper maintenance of customer-owned property.
+ Maintain compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO-9001:2015 standards.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Strong mechanical, technical, and supervisory skills, gained through hands-on experience or relevant training.
+ Ability to effectively direct and train employees while overseeing their work activities.

**Pay Details:** $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
