CTG's premier client has a contract assignment for a **Production Supervisor** . **Type:** Contract **Job Title:** Production Supervisor **Location:** Fort Worth, TX _Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Fort Worth, TX_ **Pay Rate:** Based on experience **Work Hours:** 1st shift:7:00 AM – 3:00 PM **Education:** High School Diploma or Equivalent A successful candidate in this position will possess strong soft skills as well as: + Excellent communication and leadership abilities + Problem-solving mindset + Strong organizational skills + Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment **Description:** The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring quality and efficiency across multiple production lines. The ideal candidate will lead a team of operators, monitor performance, and drive improvements in production processes. **Requirements:** **Required Qualifications:** + 2 to 3 years of manufacturing and supervision experience + Strong understanding of production processes and quality standards + Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team **Scope/Deliverables/Responsibilities:** **Engineering & Quality** + Address and resolve equipment-related operational issues. + Make decisions regarding acceptable vs. unacceptable product quality. + Ensure quality standards are met consistently. + Identify areas for improvement and communicate operator concerns regarding equipment, processes, and procedures. + Implement equipment upgrades and improvements. + Maintain tooling and equipment conditions. + Understand and know products and procedures. + Manage the installation of new equipment. **Shift Supervision** + Lead and work with 60 operators per shift across 6 lines (2 on assembly per line, 2 on packaging per line, and 3 in material handling). + Oversee operators' performance and adherence to process procedures. + Ensure production quotas are met. + Confirm that correct tools are available and in good working order for each operator. + Manage operators' occurrences and report as necessary. **General** + Conduct daily stand-up meetings to initiate each shift. + Maintain a shift log of activities, performance, and issues/events. + Facilitate a shift handover meeting with the next shift supervisor. + Address production-related problems as they arise. + Train operators on processes and equipment procedures. + Assist in installing new equipment within the facility. **Additional Information:** + No third party resumes will be accepted + Drug testing and/or other employment-related inquiries may be conducted + CTG will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of all applicable local, state, and federal laws + All interested individuals MUST be able to work on a W2 Tax basis (no C2C or third party vendors) + CTG is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer + CTG is an E-Verify Company To be considered for this opportunity, please apply directly through our website by clicking the link below or email your Word version resume and salary expectations to **tana.stilloe@ctg.com** . **About CTG** CTG, a Cegeka company, is at the forefront of digital transformation, providing IT and business solutions that accelerate project momentum and deliver desired value.
