As Production Supervisor, you will provide leadership excellence to a shift of hourly associates in achieving safety, quality, and production goals. You will also be responsible for safely planning, coordinating, and maintaining operational goals and schedules, and supporting maintenance to ensure continuous process improvement. The Philadelphia operation is a large, random length sawmill primarily producing lumber up to 20 feet in length with some specialty related capacity. Our facility is a high-tech manufacturing operation with recent capital upgrades, resulting in top performance. Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $66,800 to $100,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 hours along with paid parental leave for all full-time employees
