MAU is hiring a Production Supervisor for our client in Piedmont, SC. As a Production Supervisor, you are responsible for leading and coordinating production activities while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, fostering a positive work environment, achieving operational goals, and maintaining product quality and timely delivery. Benefits Package 401k Life insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Short term disability Long term disability Paid time off Health savings account Continuous training Shift Information Multiple Shifts Available: A Shift | Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM B Shift | Sunday to Thursday | 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Required Education and Experience Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a technical or business field is preferred, OR 6+ years of extensive manufacturing management or supervisory experience in a high-volume, dynamic environment Proficient in management information systems, personal computers, and relevant application software General Requirements Exhibit an objective, fair, and professional attitude that reflects the principles of our Employee Charter to foster a positive and productive workplace Adhere to company policies and demonstrate the conduct expected of all employees as outlined in the employee handbook Ensure compliance with company policies and business objectives in the daily supervision of operations Demonstrate teamwork and leadership skills, actively participating in team activities within a collaborative work environment Utilize problem-solving skills in a workplace focused on continuous improvement Support all quality standards set by customers and the organization Perform daily cross-functional job assignments as required, following established procedures and work instructions Promote a culture of respect, cooperation, ethical conduct, and fair dealings among all internal and external customers and suppliers Essential Functions Direct and enforce health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthful workplace for all employees, contractors, and visitors Exemplify the principles of our Charter by actively correcting unsafe behaviors and mitigating hazardous conditions to prevent employee injuries Respond promptly and proactively to any health and safety concerns or suggestions raised by employees Report all accidents, incidents, or near misses to the Safety Department immediately and complete the required Accident Reporting Forms within 24 hours Conduct all necessary safety-related inspections thoroughly and consistently Refrain from installing or altering any equipment or machinery in ways that may compromise employee health and safety Ensure that all employees under your supervision receive the required training to perform their jobs safely Guide the Production team in achieving Key Operational Indicators by actively participating in daily team meetings and contributing ideas and suggestions Supervise production activities by providing strong leadership, effective communication, and motivation to ensure product quality and timely delivery Train team leaders and members to develop teamwork skills and foster a positive working environment Coordinate the efficient use of facilities, equipment, materials, and personnel to achieve Key Operational Indicators Track time sheets and attendance records, ensuring timely completion of all performance reviews Oversee Overtime Equalization to ensure fair administration across the team Address staffing needs promptly and resolve all personnel issues in a timely manner Ensure strict compliance with all TS 16949 procedures Participate in advanced product quality planning activities, including the development of Process Flows, PFMEAs, Control Plans, and Work Instructions Perform any other duties as assigned Physical Requirements Ability to sit for up to 8 hours continuously Ability to stand, walk, or climb stairs for a minimum of 8 hours continuously Capacity to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally Good close-range vision and color acuity are required Capable of performing a full range of repetitive motions for up to 8 hours per day
