You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: + Training and motivating employees to meet quality standards, production goals, and customer satisfaction + Analyzing and recommending measures to improving production methods, equipment performance, and the quality of product + Problem solving and enforcing all company policies and procedures + Being responsible for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, and/or quality issues **Important Details:** This is a full-time role on 1st shift, which operates from 8:00am through 4:00pm.
