Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study. Related experience may be considered in lieu of required educationTypically, 4+ years of progressive product technician experience, which includes 0-2+ years of management experience.Ability to understand and interpret technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publicationsExperience with corrective action planningPrevious management or lead experience; the ability to recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competenceExperience in a manufacturing, production or warehouse environmentThorough understanding and experience with the practical application of manufacturing principlesPreferred:
