Managing staff: Recruiting, selecting, training, and mentoring employees Ensuring safety: Following safety policies and keeping employees safe Monitoring supplies: Ensuring materials and supplies are in a positive flow Overseeing quality: Establishing and enforcing production standards Improving efficiency: Organizing and monitoring workflow, and implementing cost reductions Maintaining equipment: Ensuring equipment operates properly by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment Bilingual: English / Spanish PreferredCompleting production plans: Scheduling and assigning personnel, monitoring progress, and resolving problemsStrong Communication: Organizational, leadership, and analytical skills required.Proficiency with: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
