**Production Supervisor**
**Job Description**
We are hiring for a 2nd shift Production Supervisor who will be responsible for leading associates and the department. The role involves managing the production schedule, tracking production numbers, ensuring employees are aware of the safe and correct way to operate their equipment, and providing direction to employees on their shift. You will also be responsible for leading and motivating employees, creating solutions, implementing continuous improvement, and fostering a productive work environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead associates and the department on the 2nd shift.
+ Manage the production schedule and track production numbers.
+ Ensure employees are trained on the safe and correct operation of their equipment.
+ Motivate and provide direction to employees.
+ Implement continuous improvement strategies.
+ Create solutions to enhance productivity.
+ Conduct performance reviews and production reporting.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in an automotive environment
+ Experience managing associates and conducting performance reviews
