Our client, a leading food production company in New Brunswick, NJ, is seeking an Entry-Level Production Supervisor to join their team. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure product quality, and maintain strict adherence to safety and health regulations within the production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.Ensure the highest standards of product quality and safety compliance.Monitor production processes, equipment, and machinery, ensuring all operations run smoothly.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation within the production area.Work closely with staff to address issues and ensure efficient workflow.

Skills and Requirements:

Bilingual (Spanish) required to communicate effectively with production staff.Ability to stand and move around the warehouse for most of the shift (approximately 90% of the time).Strong coordination and physical strength to handle production tasks.Good eyesight for distinguishing color and strong hearing for effective communication.Positive attitude with the ability to interact professionally with diverse team members and maintain composure under pressure.Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and repetitive motions.

Schedule and Compensation:

Monday to Friday, shift times vary (8-12 hour shifts)$18.50 - $21.00
