Job Responsibilities  * Managing the plant's daily operations and team members * Scheduling production output to meet and exceed installation deadlines * Preventive Maintenance of machinery and full understanding of production standards, product lines, and installation techniques * Enforcing strict quality control standards * Tracking and Receiving all purchased materials * Maintain an efficient inventory of materials * Work closely with Installation Manager and reporting to Operations Manager Job Requirements  * Experience in woodworking or cabinet making  * Prior management experience * History working with hand tools and large equipment * Excellent problem solving skills, ability to multi-task in fast paced environment * Motivating Team Builder * Quality focused
