**Production Supervisor** **Job Description** The production supervisor role will be responsible for scheduling and organizing the production process, monitoring the production quality, production efficiencies, production process, and resolving any product issues by troubleshooting machines or personnel. The production supervisor will be proficient in all aspects of the production process and have the ability to troubleshoot product issues. This role involves managing a team, maintaining production levels, and working on the production lines with the team as needed. The production supervisor will direct the team daily in the processing of products according to quality specifications. **Responsibilities** + Schedule and organize the production process. + Monitor production quality and efficiencies. + Troubleshoot product issues by addressing machine or personnel problems. + Manage and direct a production team. + Maintain production levels. + Work on production lines with the team when necessary. + Ensure products are processed according to quality specifications. **Essential Skills** + 4+ years of production supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency with OEE, RMO, and conversion costs. + Strong supervisory skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with food and milk technology is a plus. + Previous experience leading a medium-sized team. + Continuous improvement experience is highly desirable. **Why Work Here?** Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.
