Seeking an experienced Distribution Center Manager to supervise and coordinate daily operations, ensuring maximum quality and cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirements College degree required 3+ years of supervisory experience in distribution operations, including receiving, stocking, replenishment, cycle counting, order picking, and shipping processes Experience with Oracle and/or Dematic systems highly preferred Union workforce experience Lean background Preferred Skills Previous management experience with teams of 15-30 people Great communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Creativity in discovering new and effective methods Job Responsibilities Supervise Distribution Center operations to drive productivity, quality, and safety Develop and implement continual improvement projects Actively participate in performance evaluations, team member relations, and development Allocate labor distribution in Dematic WMS and monitor work volume Monitor front line team performance and address issues Ensure all critical orders are complete to ship out by 19:00 Release additional work in the Dematic system as necessary Record daily metric performance on MDI board Adapt to changing or competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment Manage activities requiring special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machines, conveyors, or vehicles Occasionally lift objects up to 40 pounds and engage in frequent walking/standing throughout the day

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
