Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Supervisor located in Buffalo Grove, IL

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor will be responsible in leading the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and responsible for the lines success. Provides technical and operational advice to project teams. Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems and advise on their resolution.

Shift:  6:00a-6:00p

Rotating Shift: Sun, Mon, Thurs, Fri/Tues, Wed, Sa

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Leads production processes in a technical environment, ensuring success and efficiency.Experienced in molding and plastics manufacturing, particularly in medical device production.Focuses on detail-oriented decision-making and operational performance evaluation.Manages a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.Troubleshoots operational issues and coaches operators for improved performance.Collaborates with engineers on plant improvement projects and provides technical advice.Acts as a liaison between operations, technicians, materials, quality teamsTrains and mentors operators.Prioritizes production schedules based on various factors to meet customer needs.Participates in process development and cost improvement initiatives.Assists in budget planning and expense management.Maintains a safe, compliant, and clean work environment

Here is some of what you’ll need:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experiencePrevious Fast pace assembly preferred 3+ years Production and/or distribution supervisor experienceMedical devise Manufacturing experienceExperience with Micro Office, Excel and Power Point
