Crew patterns listed below are core production. You’ll be:** • Coaching safety, quality, and productivity to ensure objectives are met through standardized work processes. • Optimizing throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives while monitoring ANDON occurrences. • Verifying that the production line is running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts through process confirmation. **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** • Have a High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's Degree preferred) and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. • Possess the ability to work any shift, including rotating shifts and weekends, with strong organizational and administrative skills. • Demonstrate effective leadership behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills. **What happens next** Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
