Summary: Seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in leading manufacturing teams to oversee operations, ensure safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of manufacturing work experience with progressive responsibility Demonstrated leadership abilities Must be a U.S. Citizen or have U.S. Permanent Resident Status

Responsibilities:

Oversee up to 50 team members, including team leads and hourly associates Promote and enforce compliance with safety policies and procedures Ensure quality standards through continuous improvement initiatives Support supply chain by minimizing excess inventory Direct staffing resources to meet productivity targets Develop standardized work instructions for departments Foster positive workplace culture through engagement and training initiatives Conduct performance appraisals and administer disciplinary procedures

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
