Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing and managing all plant production operations, ensuring the safe and efficient production and processing of quality precast concrete products. This role involves providing leadership to direct reports, promoting safety, and achieving established goals in coordination with other plant supervisors and management. The position is FLSA Exempt (salaried) and reports to the Plant Manager.

Work Environment
Work is generally performed in a production environment with ambient weather/air conditions, loud noise, dangerous equipment, and variable lighting. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in all production areas. The facility is non-climate controlled, making it dusty and dirty due to the nature of cement products. Work will be performed both inside and outside. Office work will be conducted in clean, climate-controlled areas with fluorescent lighting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $80000.00
