Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations. Our company specializes in manufacturing portable dance floors, lunch room table tops, and deck floors for concert stages, with most of our products being supplied to schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of employees, ensuring quality production, and collaborating closely with the Plant Manager to achieve nightly goals.

Work Environment
This role is for the 2nd shift, working Monday to Thursday from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM, with occasional overtime on Fridays. The production environment is clean but can get warm during the summer and somewhat dusty due to wood products. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans and leather lace-up shoes, but no steel-toed shoes are required if they are all leather.
Location & Pay
This is a Permanent position based out of Belleville, Wisconsin. Pay ranges from 65-70k, depending on experience
