Summary: Seeking a Production Supervisor with extensive composites experience to oversee assembly operations and ensure compliance with organizational policies and laws.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in composites manufacturing

Must be a US person (US Citizen or Green Card holder)

No union affiliation

Preferred Skills:

Experience in aerospace, particularly vacuum production for composites manufacturing

Responsibilities:

Supervise composite technicians, including hiring and firing

Provide training to employees

Track timecards and ensure staffing needs are met

Schedule production activities

Ensure availability of necessary tools

Check calibration of equipment

Collaborate with Quality Assurance

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
