**Job Description** Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the second shift operations. Our primary products include portable dance floors, lunchroom table tops, and deck floors for concert stages, with a significant portion of our production going to schools. This role involves supervising a team of employees, ensuring product quality, and collaborating with the Plant Manager to maintain an efficient and productive work environment. **Responsibilities** + Directly supervise assigned employees + Work with the Plant Manager on interviewing, hiring, and training new employees. + Plan, assign, and direct work for the team. + Set and communicate expectations for employees and monitor their performance. + Implement training programs to enhance employee skills. + Monitor and maintain product quality standards. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of production/plant supervising experience. + Basic math skills. + Mechanically inclined. + Experience in production supervision, production management, and plant management. + Skills in assembly, production, and safety. **Work Environment & Pay** This position is for the second shift, Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM, with occasional Fridays and Saturdays for overtime. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00 -Laid back environment - if you are doing your job, you will be left alone -Three day weekend -Majority of full time employees have been there 5+ years -Smaller company, family feel -Will bring in lunches for employees - Weekend pay (get extra money if they have to come in on Friday/Saturday with the overtime crew) **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Belleville,WI. **Application Deadline** This position will be accepting applications until Jan 22, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
