Production Supervisor

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure the highest level of performance and quality standards are met. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the production process, from scheduling to performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and facilitate the day-to-day activities of the production staffCoach and mentor team members to achieve their highest potentialManage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customersEnsure that all work is performed to meet quality and safety standardsLead continuous improvement efforts, including Kaizen events and statistical analysisOversee the production of sheet metal and extruded aluminum productsManage the production of HVAC systems

Qualifications

4 year degree preferred, 2 year degree is acceptable3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience in sheet metal, extruded aluminum, and aluminum productionStrong knowledge of production scheduling and inventory managementExperience with performance evaluations and disciplinary proceduresKnowledge of HVAC systems and related production processesStrong coaching and leadership skills
