What You’ll Do
As a Production Supervisor at M&M Manufacturing, you will oversee daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained at the highest level. Your key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring compliance with safety policies and promoting safety as the top priority throughout the plant.Training new employees on safe machinery operation and enforcing company safety standards.Managing production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing costs.Identifying and addressing operational challenges to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.Communicating effectively with employees and fostering collaboration across teams.Supervising and coaching team members to enhance performance and retention.Evaluating employee performance and supporting professional development.Building trust and maintaining positive employee relations for a productive work environment.Supporting and sustaining a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) in all aspects of operations.What You’ll Need
Previous leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment.Strong commitment to safety and knowledge of safety policies and procedures.Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational challenges.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and trust.A drive for continuous improvement and a focus on employee development.What You’ll Gain
